ABOUT

Interactivation is a New York City-based media company that delivers highly interactive and personalized content to consumers via TV, mobile devices and the Internet.

Interactivation owns the Mag Rack video-on-demand television network, which is available in over 30 million US homes, and The Patient Channel and The Newborn Channel, which are available in more than 2,700 hospitals.  Mag Rack was acquired in 2008 from Cablevision.  The Patient Channel and The Newborn Channel were acquired in 2010 from NBC.

The company also partners with Joint Commission Resources to produce and distribute the Joint Commission Resources Quality Safety Network education series. This series features health care video training programs for hospital professionals, delivered via satellite and the internet.

In addition, Interactivation has developed proprietary interactive technology, called Dialog Engine, which is tested, proven and leveraged on its TV networks.

Interactivation is focused on operating these media properties while continuing to look for other “orphan businesses” within large media companies to acquire.
